Race on the Chase 2026

Race on the Chase returns to Salisbury Racecourse for its seventh anniversary on Sunday 27th September 2025. This popular event offers a Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10k race, all featuring undulating downland terrain, ancient tracks, grassy field margins, shady woodland paths, and the ancient turf of Martin Down nature reserve. The Marathon has a vertical climb of 625m, the Half Marathon 329m, and the 10k 133m. The course winds through a landscape rich in history, from King John's hunting grounds to Roman villas and Bronze Age burial mounds, offering miles of open countryside with unspoilt vistas. All finishers receive a medal, and the top 3 male and female runners in each event receive a trophy.
