Trail des Rivières et Châteaux aux portes du Lauragais 2026

The Trail des Rivières et Châteaux, located at the edge of Lauragais, is a June trail running event held in Saint-Orens-de-Gameville, Haute-Garonne, near Toulouse. Organized by the town and neighboring communes, it offers a varied program: 7 km, 14 km, 23 km, and 45 km races, 7 km, 14 km, and 20 km walks, and five children’s races ranging from 400 m to 3200 m. The routes are primarily off-road, with about 80% on paths and the remainder on roads, appealing to runners seeking trails close to town. The environmental initiatives are functional: reusable course markers, fabric flags, locally sourced food at aid stations, water dispensed from jerricans, composting of organic waste, and a plogging option for litter collection along the route.
