Every Moment Counts Run&Walk 5K, 10K, 15K benefiting Clarehouse 2026

The Every Moment Counts Run&Walk begins and ends at 2100 S Jackson Ave in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Participants can select 5K, 10K, or 15K distances. The event uses three distinct 5K routes that converge at the start/finish area, allowing individuals to complete one loop or combine routes for a longer run. The event is untimed, with staggered starts commencing at 7:45 AM. The event supports Clarehouse and focuses on a communal morning for families and friends rather than competitive racing. Early registrants are included in a live butterfly release ceremony. Each 5K completed results in a butterfly charm awarded for the participant's shoe. Registration is available for adults, youth aged 7-16, and children 6 and under, with a complimentary Caterpillar Crawl for the youngest participants.
