The Semi-Marathon de la Croix Verte is a road race held in Montsoult, a town in Val-d'Oise, located north of Paris in Île-de-France. Taking place in mid-June, it offers participants two distance options: 11 km or a 21 km half marathon, the latter attracting the majority of runners.
Both courses are single loops, combining urban sections with more natural paths around Montsoult. The field is modest, with just over 100 participants in the last edition, creating a local atmosphere rather than a crowded one. The race embraces its name with the slogan “Ça va les rendre Vert de Jalousie,” a witty phrase playing on "green" and envy.
