Village Creek trail run 5k-10k 2026

Village Creek is a trail run in Lumberton, Texas, offering 5K and 10K distances. Both races begin at Village Creek State Park, located at 8854 Park Road 74. The 5K starts first, with the 10K commencing thirty minutes later. Participants should carry water, as this is a trail event with limited park facilities. The course follows park trails around the Village Slough outer loop and the Longleaf Loop area. A main aid station will provide water, electrolytes, pickle juice, Coke, and snacks. All proceeds benefit Nita Maries Angels. Finishers will receive a medal and a shirt. The race takes place alongside regular park visitors; therefore, runners must use marked trash receptacles and show courtesy on the trails.
