Swim Hobbs Island 2026

The 11th Annual Swim Hobbs Island is an open water swim through the Tennessee River. This event is a fundraiser for The American Cancer Society. Choose your challenge: a five-mile circumnavigation of Hobbs Island (kayaker required), or shorter out-and-back options. Parts of each swim are against the river current, especially the two-mile, which is not for beginner swimmers. All courses start and finish at the public boat ramp.
