Paddle the Canal Challenge 2026

Join us for a quirky Nordic tradition: the Fjordin Crossin’. This event honors an old tradition where Aquavit crossed the equator. Here, you’ll cross the Fjord, following a Viking sailboat! Before the Paddle the Canal Challenge, enjoy the Aquavit Street Parade and the official horn from the Viking Boat. Prizes for Best Dressed Scandinavian costume are up for grabs. Your registration includes a Fjordin Crossin’ logo’d "tophue" beanie. It's a family-friendly festival with an Aquavit Grotto.
