KS4MH Miles for Mental Health 5K and Family Hike 2026

This race honors friends who have struggled with mental health, substance use, and suicide. Proceeds support the Coalition for a Better Wallingford, a grassroots organization focused on early prevention and awareness. It's a rolling 5K through Wallingford, winding through residential neighborhoods, past train tracks, and by open fields. Beyond the 5K, a free family hike is offered at Marcus Cooke Park, with well-marked trails and a guided option.
