Half Marathon del Piceno Fermano 2026

The Half Marathon del Piceno Fermano is a road race held in Porto San Giorgio, Province of Fermo, Italy’s Marche region. The start and finish are located at Lungomare Gramsci Center. The official race covers a certified 21.097 km. The event also includes a 10.5 km non-competitive run and a 5 km walk. It typically takes place in mid-September with a morning start. The competitive half marathon is open to adult runners who meet Italian federation entry requirements. The half marathon route consists of two laps on a flat seafront course with no elevation gain. Roads along the waterfront are closed to traffic. The 10.5 km option is less competitive but includes a bib, chip, and participation certificate. A.S.D. Valtenna organizes the event with the municipalities of Porto San Giorgio and Fermo. This marks the 42nd edition of the race. Children’s and youth races are also part of the program, extending the day beyond the main half marathon.
