Epidavrios Dromos 5km Run 2026

The Epidavrios Dromos 5km Run is a short race held in Ligourio, Argolis. It begins in the town’s Central Square and concludes at the Ancient Stadium of Asclepieon. The race takes place on a Sunday morning in late September, commencing at 10:45, and is organized by the Municipality of Epidavros. The course consists of 3.5km on asphalt and 1.5km on trail, with a total elevation gain of 35m. The primary difficulty lies in the rapid surface transition, not significant inclines. Participants encounter an aid station at the halfway point, which includes a 20-minute cut-off, and another aid station at the finish. Individuals aged 16 and 17 may participate with parental consent, and a commemorative T-shirt can be purchased for an additional charge.
