Tely 10 Mile Road Race 2026

The Tely 10 Mile Road Race is Newfoundland and Labrador’s main ten-mile road race, running from Paradise into St. John’s. It begins in the morning and attracts several thousand participants, with road closures, baggage buses, medical support, timing rules, and a time limit giving it the feel of a serious community race rather than a casual fun run. The point-to-point course concludes at Bannerman Park in the heart of St. John’s, so runners move from the edge of the metro area toward one of the city’s familiar public spaces.
