Carrera Solidaria Liceo Europeo 2026

Carrera Solidaria Liceo Europeo is a charity run held at Liceo Europeo in Alcobendas, north of Madrid. It starts at 09:00 with short distances suitable for a mixed field. The current format includes 2 km and 5 km races. Previous editions have featured 5 km and 10 km options, along with children’s races for ages 3 to 12. This is a popular-style road race, not an elite-only event, welcoming beginners, experienced runners, pupils, families, and local residents. The route follows the streets and green spaces surrounding the school, utilizing wide avenues on a course completely closed to traffic. CLUB CORREDORES organizes the race. The charitable aim is direct: all proceeds benefit Fundación Pablo Horstmann, specifically for constructing a children's school in Uganda. This creates a school-community atmosphere, using sport to raise funds for education and humanitarian efforts.
