BISMAN Triathlon 2026

The BISMAN Triathlon in Bismarck, North Dakota, features a 750-meter swim, a 20-kilometer bike ride, and a 5K run or dance option to finish. This USA Triathlon sanctioned sprint-distance race takes place in June and serves as the High School and Age Group State Championship for North and South Dakota.
