Walk4valor 2026

Walk to honor fallen servicemen and women with Lt. Colonel Charles J. Sanders. Starting at the Southold American Legion, the route visits local posts and firehouses, returning to a welcome at the Southold Fire Department. A BBQ follows. Options include the full walk, a shorter segment, or laps at Jean Cochran Park. This accommodates baby carriages, dogs, and those who find strenuous walks difficult. The Walk4valor raises awareness of daily veteran suicides and supports a scholarship program.
