The International Run of the Five Ponds, held in Myszków and now in its 46th edition, takes place under the patronage of Mayor Włodzimierz Żak. The event offers several race options: a 21 km half marathon, an 11 km quarter marathon, an 11 km Nordic Walking event, and a 5 km race named Jurajska Piątka. The course circles Myszków, with 98% of the route on forest paths, keeping participants off roads and beneath trees for most of the day. The event also features team categories and races for children and young people, including separate starts for preschoolers, primary school students, and secondary school students.
