Cursa Campi Qui Pugui del Papiolet is a 10 km trail race held in El Papiolet, Sant Jaume dels Domenys, Tarragona, in early August. It is a popular event, not exclusively for elite athletes, offering chip timing, aid stations at 3 km, 6 km, 8.5 km, and the finish line, along with essential runner amenities like a cloakroom, showers, and medical support. The course begins in El Papiolet, crossing a mix of dirt roads and asphalt. It features 115 metres of elevation gain and an equal amount of descent. This profile makes it a fast race for experienced participants, yet its undulations provide a challenge, making it suitable for local and club runners seeking a short summer race with some character. The series is approaching its 20th edition. To commemorate this milestone, organizers will award prizes to the top overall and local finishers, provide a gift bag, conduct a prize draw, and offer complimentary entries to past overall champions.
