Cape2Cape Ultra Marathons 2026

SUN, June 7, 2026 · Naturaliste , Australia

About this race

The Cape2Cape Ultra Marathons utilize the Cape to Cape Track, tracing Western Australia’s South West coastline. The course begins near the Cape Leeuwin lighthouse and concludes in Eagle Bay. This is a point-to-point ultramarathon intended for experienced runners, featuring a limited field and extended periods of travel across exposed coast, forest, and night. The course guides runners past coastal cliffs, beaches, old karri forest, limestone caves, creek crossings, and ascents that disrupt the pace. Aid and support are provided at locations including Cape Leeuwin, Gracetown, and Yallingup. However, the distances between these points can be substantial, requiring runners to manage sustenance, pace, navigation, and concentration while crossing remote areas with frequent views of the Indian Ocean.
