Canton Run Ruck 5K

The Canton Run Ruck 5K takes place at Plain Township Memorial Park, offering several options for participation: an adult and student 5K Run/Walk, a Memorial Mile Walk, and a TEAM RUCK for groups. The ruck option is its distinct feature: teams navigate the 5K course together as a single unit, carrying weight, running, or walking.
