10. Göttinger 2026

The 10th Göttinger Lichterlauf will take place on September 26, 2026, at Kiessee, offering a unique music and sports event. The lake will be artistically illuminated, with food and drink stalls and various music tents creating an unforgettable evening. Participants of all ages can run or walk around the lake. The event is free to enter, with donations gratefully accepted for the Elternhaus Göttingen. Participants are encouraged to bring their headlamps and find a suitable outfit for the 10th anniversary celebration. The children's run will be on a shortened course starting at 6:45 PM, and the main run around the 2.3-kilometer lake will take place from 7:45 PM to 9:45 PM. The event supports the Elternhaus Göttingen, which provides accommodation for parents of children with cancer and serious illnesses near the Göttingen Clinic.
