A Shot in the Dark Huger Night Trail Race 2026

Central Virginia Shot Put & Discus Throws Clinic for 9th-12th grade throwers and coaches. This free clinic focuses on improving technique, building power, and developing athletes. The event will cover dynamic flexibility, power positions, glide, spin, and discus release mechanics. It includes drills, an open-throws session with feedback, and a presentation from =PR= Run & Walk. The clinic takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM at Manchester High School Track and Field Throws Area. Check-in begins at 9:30 AM. The event is free for eligible participants. Spaces are limited to the first 50 athletes.
