Jim Rowland FCA River Valley Run

The Jim Rowland FCA River Valley Run begins and ends at The Bakery District in downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas. This yearly Saturday morning race series offers three distances: a 5k, a 10k, and a half marathon. The races commence with a staggered start from The Bakery on 6th. The location provides runners a downtown starting point instead of a remote one. The distances range from a short 5 km run to a 21.1 km half marathon. Participants are categorized by age groups from 8-10 up to 70+, with awards for the top three male and female finishers in each. All participants receive a finisher's medal.
