4-H Fall GOAT for It 4K 2026

The 4-H Fall GOAT for It 4K is a fall road race held at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center in Eatonton, Georgia. The course follows paved streets within the center, covering a 4K distance, making it longer than a fun run but shorter than a 5K. The race is located at 350 Rock Eagle Road and is set within the local 4-H environment, distinct from a typical downtown or open-road course. The course’s notable feature is a hill described by organizers as one “only goats would love.” Participants can register for this hill segment as a separate event. Individuals already registered for the Dawg Days of Summer (in Winter) Races series are automatically included. Pre-registration offers reduced pricing with options for receiving a shirt or not. Race-day registration is more expensive, and shirt availability is limited to remaining stock.
