5th Lizandro Demons Trail

The 5th Lizandro Demons Trail is a two-day event held in November, offering four race distances: Mini Trilhos Trail Jovem, Trail Sprint, Trail Longo, and the Maratona do Lizandro. This selection accommodates junior runners and those preferring shorter distances, with the marathon serving as the main event for solo trail runners over the weekend. The Maratona do Lizandro covers 45.45 km with 1,577 m of elevation gain and an equal descent, presenting a hilly trail marathon rather than a flat road race. It begins early, has a 10-hour time limit, includes five aid stations, and attracts around 500 participants. The organizers will proceed with the races if weather conditions are deemed safe.
