The Redcar Half Marathon is a qualifying race for the 2027 England Masters Half Marathon Representative Race. The course begins at Zetland Park on The Crescent in Redcar. To qualify for the England team, athletes must complete two separate registrations: the standard race entry and a specific registration on the Roster page. Registrations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Qualification is based on finishing in the top three of an age category among those registered to qualify. Runners must also meet a time standard, achieved either at this race or within three months prior. Participants should display their age category on a back number, which can be ordered or homemade, to assist competitors in identifying rivals. England Athletics will verify results on Power of 10 before notifying successful athletes.
