Grunski Runski 2026

Grunski Runski is a chip-timed 5K race held in Menasha, Wisconsin. It begins at 8:30 a.m. with the start and finish line located at Curtis Reed Square on Main Street. This is a long-standing local event, focusing on a straightforward city 5K rather than a longer distance challenge. The course winds through downtown Menasha, utilizes the local trail system, and passes by historic Doty Island before looping back to Curtis Reed Square. Early registration guarantees a long-sleeve shirt. All finishers receive awards crafted by Catch Fire Creations. The finish area features music provided by 103.9 WVBO and BBQ parfaits from Parker John's. Proceeds from the race benefit the Menasha Parks and Recreation Family Assistance Fund, assisting local youth with year-round recreation program fees.
