Central Children's Home Cross Country Festival Run 2026

Central Children's Home Cross Country festival features youth, middle school, high school, collegiate, open women, and men's races. The course includes grass fields and farm roads. Proceeds benefit the Central Children's Home of North Carolina and the Durham Striders Youth Association. No strollers or pets on the course.
