Cursa del Fang 2026

Cursa del Fang is a summer running event held in Pòrtol, Mallorca, centered around the village’s pottery heritage. The main event is an 8 km race with chip timing. Additionally, there is a non-competitive 3 km walk and free children’s races for various age groups. The start and finish lines are located on Carrer de sa Torre. The course winds through the streets of Pòrtol and nearby Sa Cabaneta before looping back. Participants will run past Pòrtol’s potteries, a specific local feature that defines the race’s name and location. Aid stations are situated around kilometers 3 and 5, as well as at the finish. Support includes an ambulance and a cloakroom. CUC FITNESS organizes the event. The inaugural edition attracted 450 participants, establishing a strong local feel and crowd presence from the outset.
