København Halvmaraton 2026

The Copenhagen Half Marathon is a 21.0975 km road race passing through Copenhagen and Frederiksberg. The start is less a quiet corral and more the beginning of the city’s largest running event. The regular CPH Half takes a break when Copenhagen hosts the World Athletics Road Running Championships, then resumes. During the championship, the half marathon distance can still count towards a SuperHalfs series. The route guides runners through Copenhagen’s bridge districts, the historic Inner City, and streets featuring power zones, music, and entertainment. Spectators are a significant part of the day, appearing loudly enough that organizers consider the race to belong to the runners.
