The Riverside Church Turkey Trot 2026

The Riverside Church Turkey Trot is a 5K on Randall’s Island in New York City, featuring an in-person race, a virtual 5K, and a youth dash. It is designed as a family event: runners and walkers can complete the 5K, while younger children have shorter races. The course utilizes Randall’s Island Park, offering an island setting within the city instead of a standard street grid route. Children’s races include a 100-yard sprint for ages 2-5 and a half-mile run for ages 6-13. Registration includes a medal. This is The Riverside Church’s first Turkey Trot, with all proceeds benefiting the church’s Social Services and Food Pantry, providing food, emergency aid, and other resources for local families.
