Malá Pardubická cross country

The Malá Pardububická cross country race takes place in Pardubice, Czech Republic. The start and finish are located at the TJ Dynamo Pardubice canoeists' lodge, situated behind the Na Cihelně swimming pool. This local cross-country/trail event is organized by AC Pardubice. Men compete over a distance of 3.8 km, while women run 2.5 km. Registration begins in the morning, with category starts staggered throughout the morning, and the main category beginning later within that period. The course follows the right bank of the Elbe River, incorporating sand, gravel, and asphalt paths instead of a uniform road surface. Although the distances are short, the varied terrain provides a genuine cross-country character, distinguishing it from a flat city race. Men start at intervals, contributing to a sense of individual timed effort rather than a mass-start competition.
