IGOROX 2026 — Fitness Race Lemmer

IGOROX is the HYROX-inspired fitness race event by IGOFIT in Lemmer, Friesland. It features eight stations alternating with 4000 meters of running. The exercises include SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Participants can compete as Solo or Duo, in the OPEN or PRO division.
