The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series sends divers from platforms up to 27 metres for men and 21 metres for women, directly into open water. The season begins in Bali and continues through St. Petersburg, Copenhagen, Mostar, Polignano a Mare, and Muscat. Each event centers on high dives, not a road or track course.
At each location, twelve men and twelve women compete for championship points, reaching over 85 km/h within three seconds before hitting the water. Judges evaluate each dive based on acrobatics, technique, and artistic impression. The season concludes with the crowning of men’s and women’s champions who receive the King Kahekili trophy and a share of the prize fund.
