Trilhos Montanhosos do Ave Ponte 2026

The Trilhos Montanhosos do Ave, Ponte 2026 is a solidarity mountain bike and walking event on September 27, 2026, at the Parque de Lazer de Ponte in Guimarães, Braga. The event offers a 36 km mountain bike route with an optional 30 km shortcut, and a 10 km walk along the Ave River. The mountain bike ride is for ages 15 and up; the walk is open to all ages. Organized by ARCAP with local support, the event focuses on recreational participation. The mountain bike course features rural and mountainous trails, and the walk follows pedestrian paths and riverbanks. Participants will have marked routes, nutritional support, entertainment along the course, and a festive atmosphere with music and theatrical entertainment at the finish. An optional lunch and facilities like bike washing and changing rooms are also available.
