Posbank Trail & Walk 2026

The Posbank Trail & Walk is an autumn trail event held in Velp, Gelderland, Netherlands. It features running, walking, canitrail, and children's races. The main trail distances range from approximately 7 kilometers for beginners to a 24-kilometer race for experienced trail runners, with a 13 to 15-kilometer option for those seeking a challenge beyond the entry-level route. The routes traverse the forests near Beekhuizen and the heathland of the Rozendaalse Veld, offering challenging terrain and old singletracks instead of smooth roads. The 7 km Snuffeltrail is designed for novice trail runners and youth aged 12 and up. Younger children have their own Kids Trails: about 600 meters for those under 6 and 1200 meters for ages 7 to 11. The event also accommodates walkers and slower runners, ensuring it is accessible to a wider range of participants, not exclusively fast trail specialists.
