PanoramaLauf Bachtel Gibswil 2026

The 18th PanoramaLauf Bachtel took place in Ried oberhalb von Wald on Saturday, October 4, 2025. 316 participants crossed the finish line of this running event organized by the Ski Club am Bachtel. The event featured various categories, including a 330-meter MuKi/VaKi (parent-child) race for the youngest participants. The main race covered a distance of 10.4 kilometers, offering participants a chance to enjoy the beautiful panorama. The course led along the Jona, through the Sagenraintobel, and past Hüebli back to the finish. The atmosphere was good, with participants competing for every second and every place. A festival area provided refreshments. The event also included fun games for children, such as an air rifle biathlon with old cross-country skis. Prizes were awarded to all children, and the top three in each category received additional rewards. A traditional raffle offered various sponsored prizes, with a bike being the most desired prize for children. The event concluded with satisfied participants and organizers, looking forward to the next edition.
