About this race
Binche Chimay Binche pour Dames is a women’s one-day road race in Belgium, held in October under UCI 1.1 status. The race starts in Chimay and finishes in Binche, covering 121.4 km with 902 m of climbing. It is short enough for aggressive racing but has enough rise and fall to wear down the field before the finish.
The route links two Walloon towns, with the final result decided in Binche. It is also listed as Binche-Chimay-Binche pour Dames and is part of the UAE Team ADQ race calendar. The event, with its fifth edition already run, has recently drawn top road sprinters: Dutch national champion Lorena Wiebes won with a sprint, while UAE Team ADQ’s Lara Gillespie finished second ahead of Maria Giulia Confalonieri.
