West Lakes Triathlon 1 2026

The West Lakes Triathlon will be held at Aquatic Reserve, West Lakes, SA on November 13, 2026. Participants can choose between a Sprint or Enticer distance. The event features a swim in the lake, followed by a road bike course and a road run. The swim distances are 750 meters for the Sprint and 375 meters for the Enticer. The bike course covers 20 kilometers for the Sprint and 10 kilometers for the Enticer, with the run distances being 5 kilometers for the Sprint and 2.5 kilometers for the Enticer. The course is described as flat and fast, with smooth pavement and minimal elevation changes, winding along the West Lakes shoreline and surrounding streets. The transition area and finish line are located near the main entry of the reserve. The event is designed to be suitable for both beginners and experienced triathletes, with a supportive atmosphere and spectator encouragement from the lakeside promenade.
