The Hallora Marathon Festival is a regional walk-run-ride event in Victoria, connecting Hallora Recreation Reserve with Western Park in Warragul on a Sunday in early December. It features a full marathon, 24km, 16km, 8km, 5km, and a Kids Dash of approximately 300 metres. The marathon and 24km are run-only, while the shorter events permit walking, running, or cycling.
The 42.2km and 24km races commence at Hallora Recreation Reserve, with all events concluding at Western Park in Warragul. The 16km, 8km, 5km, and Kids Dash also begin from Western Park, establishing it as the central meeting point for families and spectators. The festival supports the Peter Mac Cancer Centre, offering music, MCs, merchandise, food, drinks, and a community BBQ fundraiser managed by The Pharaoh’s Angels at the event hub.
