Kingston 10k 2026

The Kingston 10k is a 10K road race held in Kingston upon Thames, London, starting at 09:00. River Thames Running organises the event, which uses chip timing. It is designed for regular club runners, those aiming for personal bests, and individuals seeking a flat, local race instead of a long-distance challenge. The course begins in the historic Kingston Market Place, proceeds through the high street, passes under Kingston Bridge, and follows the riverside path towards Teddington Lock. It then returns via Canbury Gardens to finish in the town centre. Race details have indicated the Hawker Centre on Lower Ham Road as the start and finish location; participants should verify current instructions before their journey. Pacemakers are provided, with marshals and sweep marshals ensuring course coverage. All finishers will receive a medal, a tech tee, and a goody bag containing drinks and snacks. Kingston Hospital Charity is the official charity partner.
