SHRM Washington DC Impact 5K 2026

Join us for the  SHRM Washington DC Charity 5K , a community-focused race uniting runners, walkers, and supporters for a morning of movement, connection, and impact. While our primary mission is to raise vital scholarship funds for the SHRM Foundation , supporting initiatives that build better, more inclusive workplaces and empower workforce development, our early November timing brings a special seasonal theme of giving. In addition to supporting education, this year's event features a Gratitude and Veterans Appreciation Drive. Participants are invited to bring a new pack of warm thermal socks or stop by our race-day station to write a handwritten note of thanks for local veterans at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. To make it easier to purchase socks click here for our Amazon Wish List . Thank you for your support of our Veterans. Whether you are an HR professional, a passionate local runner, or simply someone who believes in giving back, your participation helps drive meaningful change both locally and nationally.
