Blue Lake 24 Hour Challenge 2026

SAT, September 26, 2026 · Rotorua , New Zealand

Om dette løb

The Blue Lake 24 Hour Challenge is a free, self-supported trail run held on a 5.5 km clockwise loop around Blue Lake in Rotorua. Participants have up to 24 hours to complete as many laps as they wish, allowing for efforts ranging from a few circuits to a full ultra distance. The format is straightforward: begin a lap, complete the circuit around the lake, return to the start, and choose whether to continue. All Events Running Bay of Plenty organizes this event for all ages, aiming to provide a secure environment for personal testing while advocating for trail running and ultramarathons. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, with participants encouraged to run laps, socialize, and observe others as they progress through the 24-hour event.
