Run with Her 2026

Run with Her is a fall 5K run and walk held at McHugh Park in Windsor, Ontario. The start and finish are within the park. The main race begins in the morning, following opening remarks, a kids’ run, and a group warm-up. This event raises funds for the Welcome Centre Shelter for Women & Families and is presented by Local Shoppers Drug Mart. It is designed for walkers, joggers, runners, and first-timers, and proceeds regardless of weather. The 5K route uses park pathways through the Little River corridor and has an aid station. Families can arrive early for the Kids Trot, a short fun run and walk for children held inside McHugh Park before the 5K. Registered 5K participants receive a Dri-Fit shirt and race swag. All finishers are awarded an official Run With Her medal. The morning also features community partners, music, prizes, and children’s activities. Additional parking is available at the WFCU Centre.
