Storm Warriors Boardwalk 5k Run/Walk

The Storm Warriors Boardwalk 5k Run/Walk is an annual 5K held on the Ocean City Boardwalk in Maryland. Runners and walkers begin at 9:00 a.m. following morning packet pickup. The event benefits the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum, with entry fees contributing to the preservation of Ocean City’s cultural and natural history. It proceeds regardless of weather, and awards are presented shortly after the conclusion. The course utilizes the boardwalk, necessitating strict safety regulations: bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, and pets are prohibited during the race. Baby joggers are permitted only in the 5K. The competition includes overall male and female awards, as well as age-group awards ranging from 14-and-under to 70+. Local entities sponsoring the event include the Ocean City Elks Lodge, Fisher’s Popcorn, the Ocean City Lions Club, Harrison Group, and Dolle’s Candyland.
