Lauf mit Markus, Lauftraining, Laufkurse - 1.7 Waldhägenich-Lauf 2026

The Waldhägenich-Lauf is a Saturday running event in Waldhägenich, organized by Lauf mit Markus as part of its local running and training community. The race is in its ninth edition, draws runners and walkers from the area and beyond, and is a fixture in the middle Baden running scene. The previous edition reached a participant record with 394 registered runners. The route runs through Waldhägenich, and the event is built around a family-friendly atmosphere rather than an elite-only field. Its main purpose is charitable: entry-fee surplus and extra donations go to a good cause after costs are covered. The donation project listed by the organizers supports dental aid missions, and one recent total sent to that project was €5,696 after expenses.
